Baltimore, MD November 11 2010, Maryland Thermoform Corporation’s Scott Macdonald attended the Pack Expo in early November to learn more about market trends in sustainability. The CEO of the company, which produces vacuum and pressure formed products, attended the convention in Chicago in an effort to bring even greater technology and understanding back to his Baltimore based company.

 

Pack Expo is one of the largest annual events in the packagingindustry with focus on everything from raw material suppliers, converters and machine manufacturers to the latest market trends and materials utilized in the package industry.

As industry standards change and technology advances there is a constant need to learn new information to stay on top of the game. Scott Macdonald said, “Maryland Thermoform Corporation gained critical knowledge of industry trends and limitations.” He further stated, “This knowledge will assist MTC in providing the best and most sustainable thermoform materials available to our clients.” Mr. Macdonald intends to use the information he gathered to continue to meet customer demands for all their products and packaging requirements.

Maryland Thermoform produces sustainable custom packaging and products for many industries including cosmetics, biotechnology, healthcare, electronics and defense from inception and design to the finished product.
